New Insights Psychology is a small, private clinic located in Boston, Massachusetts. Our goal is to help our clients gain greater understanding of the nature of the challenges they face, and nurture their strengths to manage or overcome these difficulties.
DANIEL CLARK PH.D.
Dr. Daniel Clark (he/him) is a warm and empathetic psychologist who works closely with his clients to identify goals and guiding values and work towards change. People often seek out services when they feel stuck, hopeless, or tired. Often, fighting against unwanted experiences, thoughts, or feelings can wear people down. Dr. Clark’s goal is to create a supportive and caring experience that helps his clients to gain insight into their difficulties. Then, he focuses on helping them learn and practice the skills they need to manage these challenges or overcome them.
Dr. Clark provides individual therapy for adults and mature teenagers with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, executive dysfunction, social difficulties, stress, grief, and relationship difficulties. His approach to therapy is primarily based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, with elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Dr. Clark completes neuropsychological evaluations with adults, adolescents, and children with a variety of concerns. He specializes in assessing for attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (beginning with children age six through the lifespan) and autism spectrum disorders (beginning with children age two through the lifespan).

BRIDGET NESTOR, PH.D.
Dr. Bridget Nestor (she/her) is a supportive and encouraging psychologist who works collaboratively with her clients to identify goals and make steps toward change. She aims to meet clients where they are at, understand the nuance of their individual experiences, and build off their strengths to help them achieve their goals. Drawing on the tenets of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dr. Nestor takes an evidence-based, client-centered approach to therapy to foster coping skills and promote individual flourishing.
Dr. Nestor provides individual therapy for older adolescents and young adults with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, executive dysfunction, social difficulties, stress, chronic pain, grief, and challenges related to life transitions. She is also trained in neuropsychological evaluations to assess attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder and other executive functioning difficulties.
